Terms and Conditions

All prices are subject to change without notice.  GSE@Jetall Inc. will honor the validity of the quotes for 30 days from issued unless otherwise stated. Prices are FOB our warehouse locations unless otherwise quoted in writing. Incorrect prices due to calculation or human error will be corrected at the earliest possible date.

Terms of Sale
Our goods are sold under the policy of 50% down payment and 50% prior to shipping. Payments can be conveniently made through company check or wire transfer.

Service Charges
Late charges on overdue accounts are 2% per month, 24% per annum.

No returns without prior approval. A handling charge may apply to goods returned and this may vary depending upon specific manufacturer’s return policies. Goods shipped in error are not subject to this policy.

All damage claims must be made to the transportation company as applicable. GSE@jetall Inc. is not responsible for damaged goods. Shortage claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of shipment. Notification of invoice errors must be made within 60 days of date of invoice.

Manufacturers warranties are extended on applicable products only. GSE@jetall Inc. does not provide additional warranties and disclaim all responsibility and liability for, the quality, state, use or fitness of all products, goods and materials. In no event will GSE@jetall Inc. or its employees be responsible or liable for any special or consequential damages, or for expenses occasioned by the use of any products, goods or materials sold by Jetall.

Basic Warranties
Working or Operational Condition: no warranty applies
Refurbished Condition: 90 days on parts 
Overhauled Condition: 180 days on parts plus applicable component overhaul warranty

Brand new: manufacturer's warranty

Special Orders
Orders for special non-stock material may require a deposit. A cancellation charge may apply on orders of special materials

Product Availability
All equipments quoted are subject to prior sale. Equipments shown in price schedules and marketing materials may not be available in our locations, in this case a freight cost will apply. Contact our office for availability and price confirmation. We are not responsible for delays, defaults, expenses or damages occasioned by any causes beyond our control including, without limitation, strikes, labor disturbances, accidents, governmental actions, embargoes, fires, floods and/ or late delivery from suppliers.

Force Majeure
Any delay in or failure of performance of GSE@jetall Inc. shall not constitute default herein under if the extent of such delays or failure or performance is caused by occurrence beyond the control of GSE@jetall Inc., including but not limited to acts of nature, expropriation or confiscation of facilities, act of war, riot, fires, strikes, labor shortages, inability to secure materials, thefts, accidents or any causes whether or not of the same class or kind as those specifically above named which are not within the reasonable control of GSE@jetall Inc. and which by the exercise of reasonable diligence, GSE@jetall Inc. is unable to prevent or prevail against.  Should GSE@jetall Inc. be delayed by any acts or events of this provision, then the time for performance by GSE@jetall Inc. shall be extended by a period of time proportional to the time lost by reason of such delay. 


Ground Support Equipment Condition Definitions



Working Condition

Equipment includes all major components in an “As Surplus” condition. Shop time has been spent to assess status. No servicing has been performed. The unit will have main components as applicable, (engine, transmission, steering, brakes, generator, compressor, pump, tank) function to some degree.


Operational Condition

Equipment includes all components in functioning order. The unit has been repaired and inspected for safe operation and has received a full “Heavy Preventative Maintenance” service. This equipment is considered ready for line service.


Refurbished Condition

Equipment is restored to manufacturer’s specifications and includes the servicing of Operational condition with the addition of complete painting. System upgrades may apply as per specification from client and quotation.


Overhauled Condition
Equipment is brought to Refurbished condition as stated above AND includes major components in “0” time from Overhaul condition as specified in the quotation.
